Yesterday I met Laura and her mom for her senior portraits in Akron. This was Laura’s second senior session with me. She is a representative of Spencer Photography so her first session (-HERE-) for her marketing material was done in Cleveland. We wanted to do completely different type of pictures for this session. The last one was urban, brick and mortar at night in downtown Cleveland. So for this one, we decided to meet in the Cuyahoga Valley National Park in Akron. Probably the deepest that you can get into the “woods” in Akron. At the tail end of autumn, we were still able to take advantage of the fall colors.
It was really cold but that didn’t affect Laura. Or, at least, she didn’t let it show. She was great the whole time. I think that she is also a good example of how to pick the perfect outfits for the context of the photo session that she was having (minus the fact that it was 30 degrees). You can’t tell that it’s cold in the pictures and the colors that she picked were perfect for her surroundings. Probably one the best senior portrait sessions that I’ve done in a while when combined with her senior pictures in Cleveland. Here are a few of my favorites from her senior pictures in Akron.
