Spencer accompanied us through the process of our engagement pictures, another surprise session before the big day. He was able to capture moments I was not able to see myself and being able to reflect back on the day in those pictures is a way my husband and I can always remember the day even more in depth. The genuine artistic flair he brings allows Spencer to find the right moments and capture them beautifully. He did my aunts wedding 15 years ago, and mine this October (2024) Safe to say my family loves his work and enjoy his work very much !

Larry was one of the best decisions we made regarding our wedding! From the moment we met him in person, we knew he was someone deeply passionate about his art. And he's definitely a true artist. Some of photographs he took could pass for classic oil paintings they were so timeless and wonderful - definitely family heirloom quality! He's also so easy to talk to and really wants a sense of what we truly wanted to capture from our big day. We told him we wanted some portraits but the majority of the time just wanted candids and natural moments captured so that we could fully be in the moment with our guests. And boy did he deliver! There were pictures from the reception that I had no idea he even was present for because he really let us be in our element. For that I'm super grateful. He is also someone who goes above and beyond to capture the minutia of the day. He was there with us from the time makeup and hair started to the very last dance. He would get on the ground if needed to capture that perfect shot and was so mindful of the natural lighting to help us capture some truly magical moments. We truly cannot recommend Larry enough

My husband I wanted a wedding photographer with an artistic flair who would focus on capturing moments in addition to traditional formal portraits, and we could not have chosen anyone better! Our package included 2 days of photography, engagement pictures, an album and print credits, with the option to add more coverage paid on an hourly basis. Larry is professional, efficient and EXTREMELY talented. Neither of us has been professionally photographed for anything other than a work ID picture, but he made us very comfortable by mostly just letting us be ourselves (apart from a few posed portraits), which resulted in truly stunning pictures. We loved our pictures so much that we had to have him document a little backyard party we threw when we signed our marriage certificate too. For our combined Indian-Scottish wedding, Larry took the time to meet with us and learn our story, build a photography timeline including our families and wedding party members, and make a list of our must-have shots. We ended up getting upwards of 2000 pictures of our 2.5 day long wedding weekend! Apart from really artistic pictures of all the custom details we designed, Larry included all our guests in capturing some really lovely candid moments. He had the foresight to realize that the Indian ceremony would be VERY detailed, and brought along a second photographer, Diego, to ensure that they didn't miss anything. After the ceremonies, he kept us from getting distracted so that we got multiple versions of portraits with our families and all members of the wedding party as well. And our newlywed portraits, including a little sneak-away session we had in the middle of our reception, are genuine works of art. Also, he somehow managed to get us all of these edited pictures in less than 2 weeks!!! Larry has our highest recommendation for anyone looking to truly capture easy-to-miss special moments in a dramatic, artistic way. We cannot wait to work with him on family pictures again!

Larry Spencer did a fantastic job on our engagement and wedding photos, we could not have asked for better! He did a great job at capturing both of our personalities in the photos, and we are grateful to have these memories to look back on.

My mentality going into our wedding was "I want one photo that to hang on my wall." Well, let me just say, I ended up buying at least half a dozen prints to hang on my wall. The photos Larry took are absolutely incredible. So incredible, in fact, that I sometimes can't believe they're pictures of us. I really appreciated Larry's attitude, helpfulness, and responsiveness throughout the entire planning process. We had NO idea what we were doing, and Larry patiently answered all of our questions and helped create a seamless day-of photo plan. Importantly, he was flexible and listened to what we wanted for our day. He has an exquisite eye for light and shadow and for unusual shots. I can't recommend him or his work enough.
