Yesterday, I had the opportunity to hang out with some great wedding vendors at 100th Bomb Group Cleveland open house. 100th Bomb Group is accelerating their promotion of wedding receptions and we all were invited to participate. I was happy to oblige since it fits in with my current strategy of doing smaller, more intimate bridal shows and bridal promotions.
Well Organized Wedding Event
Karen, catering sales manager, and Megan, assistant director of catering, at 100th Bomb Group did a great job of bringing together just the right amount of wedding vendors and making it a intimate affair. Couples and their guests could comfortably walk around from vendor to vendor, eat hor d’oevres, sip a drink, and discuss their wedding plans with each of us.
100th Bomb Group has multiple rooms within their venue. Each room can be designated toward a specific need for your wedding reception. Smaller rooms for intimate ceremonies or cocktail hours. Larger rooms for the reception itself and larger ceremonies. Sharing the immediate space with me was Top Tier Cakes. They were quite popular handing out their delicious full sized cupcakes. Also, in the space were The Cover Girls, a chair cover and table cover company. Also in my area was Sound Precision Entertainment, Hilton Inn Garden Cleveland Airport as well as Be Seated. I just worked with Be Seated at a gorgeous wedding reception at Akron Hilton so it was great to se them there.
Wedding Planning Tools
A small show like this one is great for couples who are beginning to plan their wedding day. I’ve written about bridal shows -HERE-. Â As I stated, they can converse with wedding vendors in a more relaxed environment and not have to be shoulder to shoulder with half of Cleveland. For wedding Vendors, we can spend more time discussing our wedding service to couples. It’s a win-win.
I want to thank Karen at 100th Bomb Group Cleveland for inviting me to this event. It was great meeting all of the vendors and I am hoping to work with them all soon. Here are some of the beautiful reception details that were at the event.
