I was looking forward to Bradley and Kristen’s wedding & reception at Stonewater. This would be my first time there and I always like the excitement of photographing a wedding venue for the first time. I’ve been a wedding photographer for 20 years and, although I’ve worked many, many wedding venues, I’m always pleased to discover more of them.
Getting Ready at Hyatt Place Cleveland
Kristen started her day at Hyatt Place Cleveland located in Legacy Village in Lyndhurst, Ohio. She was there with her mother and Bradley’s sisters. This was nice because of the intimate interaction that was taking place and that, of course, makes for great candid photos.
Bradley prepared for the day at his parents house. This made it super convenient for him and it allowed his father to help him get ready and mother look on which is also great for candid photos.
First Look at & Wedding Reception Stonewater
Kristen and Bradley planned a first look at Stonewater. Since they were having a Jewish wedding, this is always part of their day since the signing of the ketubah takes place before the actual wedding ceremony. The day was absolutely beautiful. Perfect weather for a fall wedding. Their first look was in the open space right behind Stonewater. We also did some family pictures in and around the area.
Wedding Reception at Stonewater
Jesse Water Entertainment handled the MC and DJ duties at the reception. They did a great job and the dance floor was full the entire night. At the end of the night, Bradley and Kristen exited their wedding reception with bubble guns!! Their wedding guests had bubble guns and they exited through the bubbles. SO FUN!
I want to thank Kristen and Bradley for entrusting me with documenting their wedding day. Their families were so great to work with and it was an honor to participate in their day.
Here are a few of my favorites from their day.
