After their wedding ceremony, Katherine and Michael headed straight to their wedding reception at St. Demetrios. The banquet facility is affiliated with St. Demetrios Church, but just a short jaunt down the road. Forgoing the traditional receiving line at the church, they decided to greet guests at their tables at the reception. This saved them time after the ceremony and ensured that they were able to speak with those that were unable to attend the ceremony.
Beautiful Greek Wedding Reception
St. Demetrios is beautiful. A huge space that Michael and Katherine were able to customize to their liking. There were a lot of guests and the space accommodated them comfortably. They had cool, blue uplighting. A Kings Table with a canopy draped in fabric. And the cookie room! That was a sight to see. SO many goodies. The wedding guests LOVED everything. D & R Audio handled the MC duties and the dance floor was never empty.
I don’t get out to Youngstown / Warren area enough, but I would recommend St. Demetrios for wedding couples who are expecting on having a lot of guests on their big day.
I want to thank Michael and Katherine for allowing me the honor of documenting their day. They were wonderful to work with and their families and bridal were terrific.
