Brian and Jana had their wedding and reception at Akron Art Museum. I always love the Art museum because…well…its an art museum! Its also a beautiful venue that facilitates wonderful wedding pictures for my couples AND they have some of the best staff in Akron.
Akron Art Museum Wedding
Brian was at his house with his father. It was a very relaxed atmosphere and calm. It was awesome that Brian could spend that time with his dad. After I did some preparatory pictures and some groom portraits of Brian at their house, I met Jana at the Art Museum for some pictures. I love the geometry of the art museum and love incorporating that into the photos. Jana was fantastic and we created some gorgeous portraits.
The wedding ceremony took place right inside the main entrance to the art museum. Gorgeous natural sunlight spilled into the space. Although that created a challenge, it also enable some wonderful wedding ceremony pictures.
Wedding Pictures at Akron Art Museum
After their ceremony and some family pictures, we explored the Akron Art Museum for great light. We even had access to the art galleries! It was so fun! Their wedding reception was handled by Beach Boyz Entertainment. They kept the dance floor packed all night, as always. I want to thank Jana and Brian for entrusting me with their big day.
