Taylor and Emily had their wedding at St. Paul’s Catholic Church in North Canton, Ohio. St. Paul’s is a beautiful church with an expansive ceiling and beautiful stained glass windows.
Emily prepared for the wedding day at her parents house. I’ve written extensively about how much I love when a bride gets ready in the home that she grew up in. It adds more intimacy to even single wedding photo that I take.
Taylor prepared for the day at the home that he shares with Emily. This made it very convenient for him since he didn’t have to run around too much at all. One of my favorite pictures of Taylor is a simple groom portrait that I took with him standing in the shadows of a tree. The shadows creative the most interesting aesthetic.
I was looking forward to their wedding at St. Paul’s. It’s a beautiful church and it has interesting spots of light within. We were pretty early getting there so I was able to get some creative wedding pictures of Emily in the sanctuary. This doesn’t happen that often so I took full advantage.
The wedding ceremony was beautiful and went by without an issue.
After some traditional wedding pictures at the altar at St. Paul’s, we headed to downtown Akron for some fun and creative wedding day photos before we headed to their wedding reception at Guys Party Center.
Here are some of my favorite pictures from the first part of their day and the wedding at St. Pauls.
