Nellie and Adam’s Wedding at Marble Room Cleveland.
Nellie wanted to see Adam before their ceremony so we started with them meeting each other at the bottom of the staircase located in the entryway to the Marble Room. The allowed them to eliminate some nervousness and get some creative pictures before the restaurant opened. We did that by taking advantage of the opulent surroundings with some quick wedding portraits around the dining area.
Jewish Customs Included in Ceremony
The ceremony was “hybrid” ceremony incorporating some Jewish customs (A Chuppah, Seven Blessings, the breaking of the glass). It was held just outside The Vault in the Marble Room. Nellie created the Chuppah herself and it was beautiful. An intimate affair, they included their closest family and friends.
After the ceremony we did some quick portraits on the staircase in the vault area of Marble Room. Wedding guests mingled and enjoyed drinks and hor d’oeuvres. Always top notch at the Marble Room.
Reception in The Vault at Marble Room
Nellie and Adam sat all of their guests at the same, long table. They were all invited to give a speech. Some did including Nellie’s father and her daughter Lucy. It was a really nice touch reflecting the closeness of all that attended. Another nice detail was including Lucy’s handmade reception table placards and Nellie’s mother doing the table centerpiece florals. Overall, a beautiful time.
