Wedding at Christmastime at Playhouse Square is special. The already beautiful area is enhanced by the lights and the Christmas vibe.
Wedding Pictures at Playhouse Square
Wedding pictures in Playhouse Square is always popular. I did my wedding photos there! I was super excited when Josh and Erin told me that they had this planned. There was one specific shot that Erin had to have but other than that, we explored the space. Prohibited from going into the theater, we explored the lobbies and foyer. Such great fun and we created so many beautiful photos. It was then on to their ceremony at First Baptist Church in Cleveland.
Christmas Themed Wedding Ceremony at First Baptist Church
Having a wedding at Christmastime is alway special. But having a combined Baptist/Jewish wedding ceremony makes it all the more. Josh is Jewish so the ceremony incorporated many of the Jewish wedding traditions. The signing of the Katubah; getting married under the Chuppah; the breaking of the glass to conclude. All nice additional details. If that wasn’t enough, Erin and the bridal party were lead into the sanctuary by a pipe band (bagpipes and drums). AND there was a trumpet flourish. SO AWESOME!
First Baptist is just gorgeous. And Laura, the coordinator, was on top of all details and keeping things moving along. She was also extremely accommodating to the videographers and I. Already, I know that this will go down as one of my favorite wedding ceremonies that I’ve photographed. And I’ve photographed over 300. Since Josh and Erin did the majority of their obligatory wedding pictures before the ceremony, it was straight to their wedding reception at Landerhaven.
It is very, very rare that I have more than two blog posts for a wedding. But this one has SO many pictures that I loved. There were so many unique moments and pictures that I couldn’t possibly fit them all even in two blog posts. That is why I will have a third blog post that will include their wedding reception at Landerhaven next.
