If you have pets, you know that pets are family. So when Allie and Patrick asked if we could incorporate their dog, Zeus, into their photos, I viewed it as a family portrait session. Of course we could use Zeus.

Pictures in Cleveland Museum of Art

I love doing pictures at Cleveland Museum of Art. It offers such a great backdrop for pictures. Plus, we can walk right over to Wade Oval Park and get a different type of picture within the pastoral like setting of the trees and lake. Its one of my favorite outdoor locations in Cleveland and I use it often. The light is different every time I’m there. Such a great location.

I photographed Patrick and Allie’s wedding last year, so they were comfortable in front of the camera. After their engagement session and wedding, I wasn’t worried about them at all. And Zeus had NO problem. He was such a good boy the whole time.  As the photo session went on, I did more and more pictures of him. He as so photogenic! Allie and Patrick seemed fine with him dominating the spotlight and I ended up getting some of my favorite pet pictures that I’ve done to date.
