Brooke contacted me about having their engagement session in Akron Brewery The Aqueduct. I was immediately excited. It was someplace unique for and engagement session. Plus, it was a location that was relevant to them since they frequent there. This is a great area for pictures in Akron. Aged and worn, and area like this is good for engagement pictures because it contrasts so much with the intimacy of the couple.
We started outside of Thirsty Dog Brewery, which is right next door to The Aqueduct. A nice sunny day, interesting quality light was everywhere. We then took a short break and tried what The Aqueduct had to offer (I had their porter). And then explored that space. The top three floors are empty so we HAD to check those out.
Brooke and Eric were really fun and great to work with. I am looking forward to their wedding next year.
