I met Jim and Dana for their engagement pictures in Sulfur Springs in the South Chagrin Reservation. “Engagement Session” really is a generic term that I use for a pre-wedding ceremony photo session. This photo session is an integral part of my getting to know my clients a little better. Doing this, enables me to document their wedding day in a more meaningful way. It also allows my clients to get more comfortable in front of my camera. This is extremely important if they are to look natural with a photographer following them around their entire wedding day.
Jim and Dana are avid outdoor and sports enthusiasts so it made since to have their photo session outdoors. One of their favorite local spots is Sulfur Springs in the South Chagrin Reservation. On this day, it was perfect. Cool but sunny. Beautiful areas of light along the stream. It turned out to be a great session and a good little hike.
I am looking forward to their wedding tomorrow (Yes, tomorrow!!).
