I was excited for Jon and Maria’s Christmas wedding reception at Firestone Country Club. Firestone is a great reception venue in Akron. Receptions there are always great. Having a wedding reception at Christmas just increases the joyful vibe that is always part of receptions. I love using the Christmas decorations in the pictures.
After a short, VERY cold jaunt for some wedding pictures in Akron, we arrived at Firestone. Christmas trees, lights and decorations dominated the country club. As I mentioned, this increases the interesting textures and background for pictures in Firestone. Jon and Maria included a lot of great details that incorporated the season.
When we had a little lull, I took Jon and Maria out to do some creative wedding pictures throughout Firestone. They are so good together which made creating their wedding photos pretty easy.
As always, the staff at Firestone did a fantastic job taking care of Jon, Maria, their family and guests. Overall, it was a beautiful reception.
