I was excited for Emma and Ryan’s Chagrin Falls engagement photos. I’ve known Ryan and his family for some time, so I was eager to create great engagement pictures for them.
Waterfall Engagement Pics in Chagrin Falls
Emma really wanted pictures in front of the waterfall. We were fortunate on this day in that it was raining a bit so there weren’t many people in the area. The falls in downtown Chagrin Falls is a very popular location and is normally teeming with folks. We took full advantage the opportunity.
Exploring Downtown Chagrin Falls
After the waterfall, we explored downtown Chagrin Falls for interesting areas, which there are many. Being overcast and rainy, the flat light made us look for areas that were enclosed and offered a good light balance. Heartwood Coffee Roasters was one such location. We were able to have some coffee and I was able to create a unique image there (see it below). Emma and Ryan were SO good in front of the camera, they required very little direction.
