Yesterday was Rob and Kimberly’s wedding in Sandusky. The day started with Kimberly and her ladies at Christian Roberts Salon and Spa in Norwalk. The morning timeline was tight so I had my assistant Kim (my Kim!) take over at the salon so that I could meet Rob and his guys at the church. I was looking forward to the wedding ceremony at St. Mary’s Catholic Church. It is a beautiful church. The space that Rob was getting ready in was huge and directly connected to the sanctuary. There was an abundance of quality light, so we were set. As a matter of fact, there was plenty of quality light all over St. Mary’s. I wish that we would have had more time to utilize it.
Kimberly arrived just in time to get in her dress and other details. It was nice that she incorporated all of her bridesmaids in helping her with the various details. Although I always document the bridal party with the bride and groom with standard portraits (smile and look at the camera 🙂 ) I think it’s real moments like these that are the most special.
Kimberly finished getting ready just in time for the ceremony. Here are a few of my favorites from the first part of their wedding day. I will post more images, including their wedding reception at Vermilion on the Lake Clubhouse, soon.
